Our Story
DOTI began as a family dream, one rooted in purpose, legacy, and love.
For years, I wanted to work alongside my mom, Joni Oglesby. She spent most of her career in Human Resources, while I built mine in Learning and Development. We shared a belief that business could be more than a place to make a living; it could be a force for good, a space to help people grow and connect.

When the opportunity finally came, we started this organization together. We named it DOTI, after my grandmother Dorthy, whose kindness and strength continue to inspire everything we do. After a fulfilling career, my mom decided to retire for a second time, and I chose to carry the mission forward. Our purpose has never changed: to elevate humanity through business.
